Heirloom Quality
Timeless high quality designs are at the forefront of everything we do. We create lighting that can be passed from generation to generation, increasing in value overtime, becoming a lifelong fixture. We counter functional obsolescence with the design form and use of premium materials. As a company, and as consumers, one of the most effective environmental strategies is to keep products out of the landfill.
American Made
We design, manufacture, assemble, and ship all of our lighting products from our Brooklyn, New York and Napa, California studios. Brightbound also keeps our manufacturing knowledge base, tooling, and intellectual property in the US. We embrace the standards of the Buy America Act and carefully source raw materials through domestic and sustainable sources.
Repairability
Supporting the right to repair movement is one of our core values. The act of extending the life of a product through high-concept repairable designs avoids additional carbon dioxide emissions, waste output, and raw material extraction that would be required to build new products. Designing products that are easy to maintain, fix or disassemble for recycling is the most effective solution. Inquire about our lifetime repair & replacement part program.
